Abstract Submission
ASEICA is glad to invite you to submit a scientific abstract for our ASEICA MED RETREAT, that will take place in Bilbao on October 7, 2025.
Important Note: You can submit the same abstract to the ASEICA International Congress and to the ASEICA MED RETREAT.
Registration Fees
ASEICA Members
- Retreat (as Congress Add-on): 50€(VAT included)
- Retreat only: 121€ (VAT included)
Non-members
- Congress and/or Retreat attendance: 423.50€ (VAT included)
Includes: Retreat Scientific sessions, certificate of attendance and coffee & lunch.
Important Notes:
- The Med Retreat add-on fee 50€ (VAT included) is only available to ASEICA members who are also registered for the Congress.
- ASEICA members who wish to attend only the Retreat, without attending the Congress, must pay 121€ (VAT included).
- Non-members pay a single flat fee of 423.50€ (VAT included) , regardless of whether they attend the Congress, the Retreat, or both.
