En el grupo de predisposición al cáncer y biomarcadores (CPBL – E055) del IDIS, estamos buscando un investigador postdoctoral (R2) para venir a trabajar con nosotros durante 2 años, con fecha de inicio enero de 2025.
El trabajo en el CPBL está enfocado en la identificación de las bases genéticas del cáncer, en particular en tumores colorrectales. El investigador escogido deberá tener una base sólida de trabajo en bioinformática, con experiencia certificable en técnicas de GWAS y post-GWAS, incluyendo TWAS, eQTLs y MR. Se tendrá en cuenta también la experiencia previa en oncogenómica e inmunogenómica.
